The model helps people engage with the spiritual and conscious development of their being and explores areas such as meaning-making, moral capacity in the community and working co-operatively towards a participative society. “Human Consciousness IS the raw material of
innovation and ultimately of corporate money making. Consciousness is now as valuable to business
as mundane assets like capital, energy or even technology” The model is helpful at both the individual and organisational levels. It encompasses many of the ‘lenses’ through which leadership can be explored e.g. relational leadership, the ‘shadow’ side of leadership, as well as creative, servant and transformational leadership. Organisationally, it investigates the range of stakeholders, explores the emergence of ‘conscious capitalism’ and addresses corporate social responsibility. |
